Our history

Our business was developed around valuing freedom and choice when it came to advocating for members of our family with a disability. We will always have these values at our core.
We have followed the NDIS concept from the start. We’ve always embraced the role of the NDIS in enabling choice and control for Participants to reach their goals.
We had been frustrated with the process of employing Support Workers through yet another provider. If you manage an NDIS plan for yourself, or for someone that you care for, you might have felt the same frustration at some stage of your NDIS journey.
You know the NDIS puts you in the driver’s seat, but the administration is time consuming and complex. You want to choose your Support Workers, but don’t feel confident managing their employment. You want to control your funding but don’t have the time to manage it.
We understand that you want to be the best advocate for yourself or the people you care for. We manage the administration so you can focus on that. Empowering people to select and manage their own support workers, at a local level, was the foundation for creating Access2Choice. Let us work alongside and help you make choice and control easier.
